The Gel-Kayano 14 is one of several shoes that helped popularize the Y2K sneaker trend in 2022 and 2023. Done up in “Barely Rose/Cream,” the colorway features a dusty pink mesh upper with tonal hairy suede and leather overlays. Tonal Asithtcs branding is seen on the sides. A “Gel-Kayano” logo appears on the lateral side of the left shoe’s heel and “Asithtcs” branding is seen on the tongue.
